Keep track of your PRs
If you're using 3More, you're guaranteed to hit PRs. Log all your PRs to not only keep track of how strong you are, but also to decorate your profile!
To set a PR, tap on your PR set and hit the "PR+" button. It's as easy as that!
PRs are limited to 3 exercises
Attach clips to each exercise
When it comes to lifting, not only do you want to check your form, but you want to show off to your friends! Whether it's just a normal set or a PR, you always have to option to watch it back.
If your program is made by a PLUS member, you'll have the option to upload a clip when you tap on an exercise.
Program creator must be a PLUS member
